The following criminal charges were filed in December with Ashland County Court of Common Pleas.

Indictments

The following 19 people were the subject of an indictment and have or will appear before the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas: 

  • Kaden Arangelovich, 20, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence. The charges were filed Dec. 5 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to incidents authorities say happened on Dec. 3, 2023.
  • Edward Boswell, 30, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 22 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Dec. 21, 2023..
  • James Brown, 40, of Mansfield, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed Dec. 7 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Sept. 25, 2023.
  • William Cahill, 48, of Ashland, was charged with assault and two OVI counts. The charges were filed Dec. 8 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Dec. 6, 2023.
  • Jamey Conner, 43, of Ashland, was charged with a violation of firework manufacturer prohibitions and possessing criminal tools. The charges were filed Dec. 5 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Dec. 3, 2023.
  • Ashley Delaney, 30, of Ashland, was charged with forgery, identity fraud and tampering with records. The charges were filed Dec. 8 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened between October 1, 2022 and May 5, 2023.
  • Gerald Dewitt, 65, of Mansfield, was charged with theft. The charge was filed Dec. 7 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Nov. 6, 2023.
  • Nicholas Dinninger, 34, of Mansfield, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 5 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 3, 2023.
  • Holly Renee Fisher, 49, of Wooster, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 7 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Nov. 2, 2023.
  • Trevor Hart, 25, of Burbank, was charged with aggravated vehicular assault and two OVI counts. The charges were filed Dec. 8 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened April 25, 2023.
  • Marvin Kirkpatrick, 28, of Ashtabula, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 20 by Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 18, 2023.
  • Zykeshalla Murphy, 32, of Ashland, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. The charge was filed Dec. 20 by the Ashland County Prosecutor’s Office in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 19, 2023.
  • Richard L. Phillips, 38, of Clinton Townshp, Mich., was charged with possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 7 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Sept. 4, 2023.
  • Maddox Rhees, 19, of Wellington, was charged with receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards and misdemeanor theft. The charges were filed Dec. 7 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened July 31, 2023.
  • Travis D. Roland, 40, of Ashland, was charged with strangulation. The charges were filed Dec. 27 by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office in connection to an incident authorities say happened on Dec. 25, 2023.
  • Brendan Sanders, 21, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 22 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 21, 2023.
  • Angela Schneider, 47, of Loudonville, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 20 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 18, 2023.
  • Steven Walton, 33, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 8 by an Ashland County Grand Jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Nov. 18, 2023.
  • Stephen Wierbiki, 35, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Dec. 18 by the Ashland Division of Police in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 15, 2023.
