ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in February with Ashland County Court of Common Pleas.
The court did not close any cases in January.
Indictments
The following 21 people were the subject of an indictment and have or will appear before the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas:Â
Joshua Arangelovich, 23, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Feb. 5 by an assistant prosecuting attorney of Ashland County in connection with an incident authorities say happened Jan. 10.
Jordan Bicker, 33, of Jeromesville, was charged with 11 counts of illegal use of minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance. Bicker was also charged with five counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor or impaired person. The charges were filed Feb. 9 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to incidents authorities say happened July 26, 2023.
Edward Boswell, 30, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Feb. 8 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with an incident authorities say happened Dec. 6, 2023.
Delbert Burton, 47, of Columbus, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed Feb. 9 by the Ashland Police Department in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 7.
Andrew Dorion, 37, of Mansfield, was charged with abusing harmful intoxicants. The charge was filed Feb. 29 by the Ashland Police Department in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 27.
Tovah Dunn, 45, of Parma, was charged with one count of tampering with evidence. Dunn was also charged with one count of possessing criminal tools. The charges were filed Feb. 12 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened Oct. 19, 2023.
Seth Geaslen, 35, of Cleveland, was charged with one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound. Geaslen was also charged with one count of tampering with evidence. The charges were filed Feb. 12 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened Nov. 29, 2023.
Jujuan Glover, 22, of Marion, was charged with two counts of aggravated possession of drugs. The charges were filed Feb. 8 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened July 22, 2023.
Leo T. Hoffman, Jr., 43, of Ashland, was charged with fifty counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person. The charges were filed Feb. 9 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened Jan. 16, 2023.
Blake Johnson, 24, of Ashland, was charged with one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle, one count of theft from a person in a protected class and one count of misuse of credit cards. The charges were filed Feb. 9 by an Ashland County grand jury. The unauthorized use of a vehicle was in connection with incidents authorities say happened Feb. 10-17, 2023, and the other two charges were in connection with incidents authorities say happened Jan. 4-22, 2023.
Carol Kitts, 57, of Ashland, was charged with grand theft. The charge was filed Feb. 9 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened between June 18, 2022, to June 13, 2023.
Devlin Miller, 22, of Ashland, was charged with felonious assault. The charge was filed Feb. 21 by the Ashland Police Department in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 19.
Scott Reynolds, 46, of Columbus, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed Feb. 9 by the Ashland Police Department in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 7.
Jamie Robinson, 52, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Feb. 12 by the Ashland Police Department in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 8.
Brendan Sanders, 21, of Ashland, was charged with three counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs. The charges were filed Feb. 12 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened Dec. 5, 7 and 19, 2023, respectively.
Matthew Schneider, 27, of Cincinnati, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed Feb. 8 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with an incident authorities say happened Sept. 3, 2023.
Jason Skaggs, 51, of Columbus, was charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, one count of possession of cocaine and one charge of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. The charges were filed Feb. 8 by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office in connection with incidents authorities say happened Feb. 3.
Keondre Spaulding, 25, of Columbus, was charged with receiving stolen property. The charge was filed Feb. 8 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with an incident authorities say happened Nov. 13, 2023.
Brandy Towner, 44, of Cleveland, was charged with attempt to commit an offense. The charge was filed by an Ashland County prosecuting attorney on Feb. 29 in connection with an incident authorities say happened Jan. 31.
Mark Whited, 41, of Ashland, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed Feb. 15 by the Ashland Police Department in connection with an incident authorities say happened Feb. 14.
Nellion Cashmere Wilson, 21, of South Euclid, was charged with one count of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and one charge of carrying a concealed weapon. The charges were filed Feb. 9 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection with incidents authorities say happened Dec. 29, 2023.
