ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in March with Ashland County Common Pleas Court.
The court did not close any cases last month.
Indictments
The following 22 people were the subject of an indictment and have or will appear before the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas:
Ashley Bandy, 26, of Mansfield, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed March 26 by the Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 24 .
Todd Brown, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle and grand theft of a motor vehicle. The charges were filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to incidents authorities say happened Feb. 3-6.
Jaimee Burgett, 32, of Mansfield, was charged with robbery and aggravated possession of drugs. The charges were filed March 26 by Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 24.
Marissa Coffman, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Feb. 23.
Justin Dronebarger, 39, of Mansfield, was charged with robbery. The charge was filed March 26 by Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 24.
Bobby Dye, 24, of Ashland, was charged with being a fugitive from justice. The charge was filed March 12 by Ashland Police Department in connection to an alleged October 2023 rape and sexual abuse charges stemming out of Floyd, Kentucky.
Tyler Goetz, 23, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed March 13 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Feb. 28.
Kevin Guntharp, 51, Loudonville, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs, 25 counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity and 25 counts of pandering sexually-oriented matter involving a minor. The charges were filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Sept. 26, 2021.
Jason Hartsel, 29, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated trafficking of drugs. The charge was filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 14, 2023.
Lucas R. Kennedy, 40, of La Grange, Ky., was charged with an OVI. The charge was filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Sept. 6, 2023.
Ronald Kirk, 48, of Ashland, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed March 15 by Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 13.
Cody Maynard, 32, of Mansfield, was charged with tampering with evidence and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. The charge was filed March 26 by Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 24.
Michael McKinney, 33, of Ashland, was charged with two counts of rape. The charges were filed March 15 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Aug. 15, 2023.
Bobbie Moore, 40, of Fremont, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Feb. 17.
Brandon Morrison, 35, of Ashland, was charged with felonious assault and domestic violence. The charges were filed March 19 by the Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 17.
Joseph Sanderfer, 39, of Columbus, was charged with possession of cocaine. The charge was filed March 14 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Nov. 18, 2023.
D’Angelo Lamond Smith-Waymon, 27, of Reynoldsburg was charged with failure to comply with an order from a police. The charge was filed March 25 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 22.
Rachael Thieme, 47, of Ashland, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense and theft. The charges were filed March 15 by an Ashland County grand jury in connection to an incident authorities say happened Nov. 1, 2022 through Jan. 23, 2023.
Derrick Watson, 38, of Nova, was charged with strangulation. The charge was filed March 25 by the Ashland County Sheriff’s Office in connection to an incident authorities say happened March 24.
Mark Whited, 41, of Ashland, was charged with tampering with evidence, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and possession of a fentanyl-related compound. The charges were filed March 14 by the Ashland Police Department in connection to an incident authorities say happened Dec. 15, 2023.
