ASHLAND — The following criminal charges were filed in July with the Ashland County Common Pleas Court.

Indictments

The following 13 people were the subject of an indictment and have or will appear before the Ashland County Court of Common Pleas: 

  • Curtis Crawford, 59, of Cleveland, was charged with forgery. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 12 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 10.
  • Donovan Edward Dion, 49, of Mansfield, was charged with sexual battery. The charge was filed by Loudonville police on July 1 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 5-6.
  • Sabrina Gregory, 46, of Sullivan, was charged with domestic violence. The charge was filed by Ashland County Sheriff’s Office on July 17 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 16.
  • Jacob Keener, 18, of Ashland, was charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 18 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 15.
  • Christopher Mowery, 45, of Newcomerstown, was charged with strangulation. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 25 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 24.
  • Jamez Phipps, 23, of Dayton, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 26 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 24.
  • Robert Prater, 25, of Dayton, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 26 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 24.
  • Sir Christion Rogers, 23, of Dayton, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 26 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 24.
  • Vincent Simmons, 38, of Ashland, was charged with tampering with evidence. The charge was filed by an Ashland County grand jury on July 11 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on March 18.
  • Michael Sinclair, 41, of Mansfield, was charged with aggravated possession of drugs. The charge was filed by an Ashland County grand jury on July 11 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on April 27.
  • Kerry Stephens, 24, of Trotwood, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 26 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 24.
  • Roger Sulser, 63, of Ashland, was charged with domestic violence. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 18 in connection to incidents authorities say happened between July 12-17.
  • Taquan Thompson, 29, of Dayton, was charged with complicity in the commission of an offense. The charge was filed by Ashland police on July 26 in connection to an incident authorities say happened on July 24.
