Amy Lou Heffelfinger age 90 of Ashland, passed away on August 10, 2024 at Wasen Rehabilitation Center at Brethren Care.
Born in Ashland on September 25, 1933 the daughter of Marion and Florence (Beal) Heffelfinger, she had been a resident of Ashland County all of her life.
She was a life-long member of the Ashland Baptist Church. Amy enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and she looked forward to going to the Ashland County Fair each year and seeing the many animals that she was fond of.
Amy is survived by a niece and a nephew; Sarah Marker of Ashland and Glenn Stutz of Tacoma, Washington. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother, two nephews and one niece.
A celebration of Amy’s life will be held on Friday August 16, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Heyl Funeral Home. Friends may visit at the funeral home one hour prior to the Celebration of Life service, from 5:00 pm till 6:00 pm
