ASHLAND — Monsters, ghosts and characters of all kinds haunted the streets of Ashland Tuesday evening for Ashland Main Street’s annual Costume Capers event.
Ashland business owners lined the streets handing out candy to children.
The event comes two days before the city of Ashland’s Trick-or-Rreat event, which falls on Halloween this year.
Children will be able to Trick-or-Treat in Ashland’s residential areas on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.
