Gail E. (Pete) Bryan, Jr. age 68 of Polk passed away at Ohio Health Mansfield, Ohio on May 16, 2025.
He was born in Cambridge, Ohio on June 24, 1956. The son of Gail E. and Lois (Patty) (Farley) Bryan, Sr.

He had been an Ashland County resident since 1962.
He then entered 2nd grade in the Savannah School, going on to graduate from Crestview High in 1974 and also Machine Trades at Pioneer JVS.
He had been an employee of Broshco where He was a maintenance mechanic.
In Pete’s earlier years, he was an employee of Ashland Ford Tractor Sales and G.E. Bryan & Sons.
Pete had a passion for restoring and customizing vintage and classic cars and trucks. He was a member öf Wooster Cruisers Auto Club, participating in many car shows with his devoted wife, Fran. He was also very fond of their many puppies & dogs over the years.

On August 5, 1995, Gail was married to Frances Leisure, who survives.

In addition to his wife Frances, he is survived by two stepsons; Roger (Danyel) Leisure of Cedarville, OH and Jeremy Leisure of Fairborn, OH. Four grandchildren and one great-grandchild survive.
Pete also adored his neices and nephews. They were all special in his eyes. All survive. Pete has two sisters and one brother who survive; Joan (Lorin) Shriver, Bailey Lakes, OH. Susan Bryan of Ashland, Ohio.
and Scott ( Michelle) Bryan of East Rochester.

Mr. Bryan is proceeded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00pm at Heyl Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 with William Stepp and Pastor Nate Meiers
Officiating.
Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 am until the 12:00pm service at the
funeral home.
