Levi Steven Plank, 45, passed suddenly on Sunday, June 1, 2025. Levi was born in Ashland, Ohio, on June 11, 1979, to Steve and Joy (Koch) Plank. Levi was an amazing father, son, and brother.
Levi enjoyed fishing, hunting and concert going, but what he enjoyed most was spending time and making memories with his daughters. He prided himself in being involved in every moment of his girls’ lives. Levi will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Levi is survived by his daughters, Taylor VanDriest and Shai Plank; his parents, Steve and Joy Plank; brother, Andrew (Briahnon) Plank; several nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family is planning a Celebration of Life in the future. Details of the celebration will be shared with family and friends once arrangements are complete.
