Lorain showed it was ready to play, using an early thrust to carve out a 7-0 advantage over Maple Hts. as the first quarter ended.
The Mustangs kept a 14-13 intermission margin at the Titans’ expense.
Offense was nothing but a rumor in the third quarter, as neither squad scored.
The Mustangs got the better of the final-quarter scoring, finishing the game in style with a 28-3 edge.
