JEROMESVILLE — The Hillsdale FFA group kicked off its Sept. 8 meeting with a meal and a kickball event.
The night was a perfect blend of connection, collaboration, and competition. The evening started with a delicious dinner, giving everyone a chance to relax, catch up, and fuel up before the activities ahead.
Following the meal, we transitioned to our scheduled business. It was a productive session filled with meaningful discussions and updates, setting a clear direction for the weeks to come.
But the real highlight came after the meeting — a spirited game of kickball!
We divided our members into four teams, and the energy was electric from the first pitch to the last run. Laughter echoed across the field as teammates cheered each other on, and friendly rivalries brought out everyone’s playful side.
With a mix of strategy, surprise moves, and lots of laughs, the game brought everyone closer together.
It was more than just a game — it was a reminder of the power of community and the joy of shared experiences. By the end of the night, everyone left with smiles on their faces and stories to tell. It was truly an evening to remember.
Thank you to FFA Officer Maci Atterholt for planning the meal, and Vice President Emma Linder for planning the kickball activity.
