ASHLAND — Valerie Raubenolt is the Ashland Elks Teen of the Month for October.
She is the daughter of Jennifer and Ross Raubenolt and a senior at Hillsdale High School.
Raubenolt has maintained a 4.0 GPA in grades 9 through 12 and has also been an Honor Roll recipient for this time period.
She is a member of Book Club (3 years); Spanish Club (1 year); History Club (1 year); FFA (4 years); and National Honor Society, where she currently serves as Vice President.
Raubenolt is a long-time member of Opus Dance Studio (12 years) and has been dancing in their company, Ashland Regional Ballet, for five years. She also works at Hayesville’s Farmhouse Parlor and Grill.
In Valerie’s spare time she loves to read, cook, bake, draw, and paint.
Following graduation, Raubenolt will continue her education at The Ohio State University, where she plans on studying Veterinarian Sciences and eventually achieving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
