Belinda S. Burkepile age 70 of Ashland, passed away at Ohio Health Mansfield on October 30, 2025.
Born in Mansfield, Ohio on August 3, 1955 the daughter of Richard Dean and Anna Sue (Thompson) Bittinger, she had been a resident of Ashland County most of her life. Belinda was a fun loving, adventurous person who was the life of the party and she took joy in helping others, family get togethers and cookouts. She also loved taking care of her flower beds and decorating her home.
Belinda is survived by her father, Dean Bittinger of Mansfield and two children; Marc Moore of Loudonville and Crystal Pringle of Ashland. She is also survived by her grand children; Kaylea Pringle, Christopher Moore, Joshua (Shyanne) Moore, Brandon Moore and Alyssa Moore. Also surviving are her great grandchildren; Jeffery, Mary, Aubrey, Bentley, Cooper, Madison and Abigail. She is also survived by three brothers and a sister; Bernie Walton, Terry (Yolanda) Walton, Ted (Nancy) Walton and Peggy (Steve) Close. Two step siblings also survive, Joe (Cheri) Bittinger and Lyn (Tom) Fisher.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Anna; one brother, Robby (Rube) Walton and one sister, Inez Sukraw.
Throughout her life the thing that was most important to Belinda was her family.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 5, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Heyl Funeral Home. Friends may visit one hour prior to the funeral service from 5:00 pm till 6:00 pm on Wednesday November 5, 2025 at the funeral home.
