Ashland city workers hung the wreath on Nov. 24.

ASHLAND — Peggy’s Pumpkin People have returned home to pumpkin land and now downtown Ashland has been transformed into a winter wonderland.

The streets gleam and glisten with Christmas lights and trees, and downtown shop windows are packed with Christmas characters, red and green, ribbon and more.

From Nov. 21 until Dec. 6, the shops will compete for the best-decorated window. Onlookers can scan a QR code in the windows to vote for their favorite.

Nov. 28 and 29 is also the holiday shop hop in downtown Ashland.
