ASHLAND — The Arrows are the class of the field.
Ashland (19-1) earned the No. 1 seed in Sunday’s Division III tournament draw and will open the postseason at Arrow Arena.
Ashland will host No. 6 Sandusky at 6 p.m. Feb. 19.
In Division VI, Crestview picked up the No. 3 seed and earned a bye into the district tournament. The Cougars (11-7) will play either No. 1 Colonel Crawford or No. 7 Bucyrus at 6 p.m. Feb. 25 at Shelby.
Loudonville, Mapleton and Hillsdale will all begin postseason play at home in the Division VI northeast district tournament.
The ninth-seeded Redbirds (14-6) will host either No. 20 Independence or No. 21 Mogadore in a sectional final at 7 p.m. Feb. 19.
No. 11 Mapleton (15-4) will host No. 12 McDonald in a sectional final at 7 p.m. Feb. 19.
No. 22 Hillsdale (9-13) will host No. 29 Black River in a sectional semifinal at 7 p.m. Feb. 17.
