Lillie P. Hart age 95 of Ashland, passed away at UH Samaritan Regional Health Center on April 16, 2026.
Born in Lattasburg, Ohio on April 13, 1931 the daughter of Aaron and Martha (Kolp) Tyson, she had been a resident of Ashland most of her life. Before her retirement she had been employed as a seamstress. She loved spending time with her family and grandchildren, she also enjoyed playing bingo and going on Cruise’s and she loved her cats.
On October 24, 1956 Lilly was married to Robert R. Hart who preceded her in death on January 17, 1994
Survivors include three children: Diana Apidone, Jeffery (Lauri) Hart and Gary J. (Laura) Hart all of Ashland. Also surviving are five grandchildren: Shane Viola, Samantha Hart, Jeffery Hart, Josh (Dakota) Hart and Justin (Bre) Hart. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband she is preceded in death by one daughter, Karen Milligan and eight siblings.
Funeral services will be held on Monday April 20, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Heyl Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Abel officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 am till 11:00 am at the funeral home on Monday April 20, 2026. Internment will follow the funeral service in the Ashland Cemetery.
