Sarah L. Marker age 70 of Ashland, passed away on May 23, 2026 at University Hospital Samaritan Health Center.
Born in Ashland, on August 27, 1955 the daughter of Glenn R. Stutz and Sarah R. (Heffelfinger) Stutz, she had been a resident of Ashland all of her life. Sarah was retired having been employed at Walmart before her retirement. She attended Ashland High School. She enjoyed playing Bingo, walking on the beach and spending time with her family.
Surviving are three daughters and one son; Lisa (Keith) Kramer of Ashland, Cynthia (Chris) Lawson of Ashland, Jason Hughes of Mansfield and Jennifer (Chuck) Kirk of Ashland. Also surviving are nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She is also survived by partner, Rod Young of Ashland and one brother, Glenn Stutz of Washington State. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
Sarah is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and one sister, Robert, James and Janet. She is also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Emily.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 29, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Heyl Funeral Home with Chaplin Dean Pierce officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 am till 11:00 am on Friday May 29, 2026 at the Heyl Funeral Home.
