John R. Edwards age 63 of Ashland, passed away at his residence on May 26, 2026.
Born in Wellington, Ohio on March 31, 1963 the son of James H. and Mary E. (Robinson) Edwards he had been a resident of Ashland County most of his life.
Mr. Edwards had previously been employed at Packaging Corporation of America.
He was a member of the Ashland Eagles Aerie #2178. He also enjoyed playing Texas Hold em, fishing and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He also was an avid attendee of Car Shows when he was younger.
Surviving are two children: Nikole (Mike) McKibben of Ashland and Nate Edwards of Ashland. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Emily and Ethan McKibben and three siblings, Candus (Al) Wright, David (Jody) Edwards and Kasey (Michelle) Edwards. He is also survived by a dear friend, Tammye Fleeman.
John is preceded in death by his parents.
