Velinda (Yates) Kinkade age 76 of Mansfield, passed away on September 21, 2026 at Arbors of Mifflin surrounded by her family.
Born in Martin, Kentucky on November 6, 1949 the daughter of Berlin and Mary Elizabeth (Watts) Yates she had been a resident of Richland County most of her life. She was a graduate of Mansfield Sr. High Class of 1968 and loved to travel, she also enjoyed casinos. She had a wonderful sense of humor and loved living life to the fullest.
Velinda was married to Albert Kinkade who survives.
In addition to her husband Albert she is survived by one daughter, Sonia Meadows. Two brothers and two sisters and their spouses also survive, Verlin (Sonia) Yates, Vaughn (Chris) Yates, Virginia (Mark) Davis and Velesa Cromwell.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and Berlin Yates and two brothers and a sister; Clarence Dale Yates, Vernon Yates and Veronica Yates.
