ASHLAND — The Ashland County West Holmes Career Center has announced its choices for November Students of the Month.
Alexa Sapyta, Hillsdale High School, and Michael Harwood, West Holmes High School were named Career Center Students of the Month for November.
Sapyta, in the Career Center’s Health Technology program, was named the Junior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Heather Lewis and Ben Sapyta and resides in Ashland.
Harwood, in the Career Center’s Maintenance Training program, was named the Senior Student of the Month. He is the son of Kevin and Penny Harwood and resides in Millersburg.
Both students were recognized at the December regular meeting of the Career Center’s Board of Education. Each will be given a certificate and gift card in recognition of this honor.
