ASHLAND — Gillian Smith, of Hillsdale High School, and Dakota Schupp, of West Holmes High School were selected the Ashland County West Holmes Career Center Students of the Month for January.
Smith, in the Career Center’s Auto Body Technology program, was chosen the Junior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Matthew and Sharon Smith and resides in Perrysville.
Schupp, in the Career Center’s Robotics and Advanced Manufacturing program, was tabbed the Senior Student of the Month. She is the daughter of Adam and Tiffany Schupp and resides in Shreve.
Both students were recognized at the February regular meeting of the Career Center’s Board of Education. Each will be given a certificate and gift card in recognition of this honor.
