MANSFIELD — What would a new work week be without a bit of meteorological challenge?

The National Weather Service office in Cleveland has issued a hazardous weather outlook for Sunday night for an area that includes Richland, Ashland, Knox and Crawford counties.

Patchy freezing drizzle is possible Sunday night and into Monday morning, the NWS said, mainly between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m.

That drizzle may cause untreated surfaces and elevated objects to be slick.

There is a chance of snow showers after 2 a.m. with a low around 29.

Motorists should use caution and allow plenty of stopping distance.

But oh no, that’s not all.

Single digit wind chills are possible Monday night into Tuesday and near- zero wind chills are possible Tuesday night into Wednesday.

There is a chance of snow showers Monday, mainly before 9 a.m., with a high near 30.

The low Monday night will ne around 13 with winds out of the northwest around nine miles per hour. The high Tuesday will be near 21 and the low overnight will dip down to around 10.
