Deborah “Debby” Hope Armstrong of Mansfield passed away Sunday, November 24, 2024, at OhioHealth Hospital, Mansfield. She was 74 years old. Debby was born July 18, 1950 to Marilynn (McWilliams) Jacobs and Neil Lugthart, in Ashland, Ohio.
She grew up in Ashland, one of three children. Debby was a 1968 graduate of Ashland High School. She worked about 40 years in the business office of Foundations for Living.
