Jerry D. Warner Jr., 68 of Sullivan, OH passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024 at his home after a short battle with cancer.
He was born in Norwalk, Ohio on May 8, 1956 to Jerry D. Warner Sr. and Mary Lou (nee Underhill) Warner who both preceded him in death. Jerry leaves behind siblings, William (Ellen) Brown of Pinehurst, NC, Christiana Rogers of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Martha Warner of Bloomington, IN, Barbara Holeda of Tallahassee, FL along with one niece and two nephews.
Jerry attended Black River High School and spent most of his adult life in Sanford, NC before returning to Sullivan, OH to be a caregiver for his mother who passed in June, 2012.
