William Michael Corwin, 74, of Ashland, passed away, on Friday, June 12, 2026 in The Oak Grove Manor Nursing Home in Mansfield, with his family by his side.
He was born on February 13, 1952 in Crestline, Ohio to the late William P. and Elise (nee Metz) Corwin. He graduated from Lexington High School in 1971. Shortly after graduation he went to work for F.E. Myers as a shipping clerk for 30 years.
William married the love of his life, Arlene K. Flood on November 25, 1972, they have been married for 53 years.
He enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, and small engine repair. William enjoyed riding motorcycles and being with his family.
William is survived by his wife Arlene K. Corwin of Ashland, sons; Michael (Pamela) Corwin of Copley, Mark Corwin (Tammy Batten) of Mansfield, daughter Angela Corwin (Robert Travis) of Mansfield, grandchildren; Hannah Corwin(Logan Scarsberry) of Columbus, Marcus Corwin of Mansfield, Chantel ( Trevor Bell), Kaitlyn Corwin of Ashland, Porsha Ali (Anthony Darden) of Akron, Padon Yattassaye of Copley, sisters; Linda Nixon of Mansfield, and Pat Corwin of Lexington, and brother Ernest (Shelly) Corwin of Mansfield. Extended family William Johnson of Mansfield and numerous nieces and nephews.
William is preceded in death by his parents.
In keeping with William’s wishes, no services will be observed.
